- Storage. Store wine bottle on its side or upside down to keep cork moist. Keep at room temp. (55-65 degrees) in a basement or garage, and away from heat, vibration, and direct sunlight.
- Chilling. Chill all white wines in the refrigerator 20 minutes prior to serving.

- Aging. Traminette is an "enjoy-as-you-buy" wine. Do not age.
- Food. Certain foods and spices just don't harmonize with wines, such as vinegar, onions, garlic, fishy hors d'oeuvres, spices, mustards, etc. Pork, turkey, seafood & Asian cuisine pair well.
